At Altura, we want to ensure you have the right gear to reach your peak performance. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unworn and resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
